The Company Secretary Is Responsible For Ensuring Compliance With The Companies Act, Corporate Governance Requirements, Statutory Regulations, And Secretarial Standards. The Role Involves Managing Board Meetings, Maintaining Statutory Records, Filing Returns, And Advising Management On Legal And Regulatory Matters. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Eligibility

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Bank reconciliation, GST, Tally and TDS
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone confidential and accurate

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹70,000 – ₹90,000 per month.

What the job involves

• Track receivables and payables and follow up on dues
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor and customer accounts
• Coordinate with auditors and maintain proper documentation
• Prepare and file GST, TDS and other statutory returns
