Extract Reports From System To Ensure Compliance, Control And Tracking Create Po Based On Inputs From Buyers And Team Members. Evaluates Suppliers/Vendors On Commercial Aspects For The Requirements. Publishing Rfp/Rfq And Evaluate Offers Plan Reverse Auction. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Handling Invoices, Basic Excel

Key responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs

Compensation

You will be paid ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month.

Skills and qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with Basic Excel, Handling Invoices
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
