Place Purchase Orders And Ensure Timely Delivery Of Materials. Maintain Records Of Purchases, Pricing, And Vendor Details. Coordinate With Sales And Warehous. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Quotation Management, Procurement, Internet Surfing

Key responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• You'll manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs

Candidate profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Internet Surfing, Procurement and Quotation Management
• Male Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
