Handle Customer Complaints And Service-Related Issues.Investigate And Resolve Escalated Customer Concerns.Coordinate With Sales, Logistics, Accounts, And Technical Teams For Resolution.Ensure Timely Responses And Customer Satisfaction.Maintain Complaint Records, Prepare Resolution Reports.Identify Recurring Issues Process Improvement. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹18,000 – ₹23,000 per month.

Candidate profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with CRM tools, Hindi and English, Typing speed, Active listening
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A patient, calm under pressure attitude

Day-to-day work

• You will meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
