We Are Seeking A Proactive And Customer-Centric It Customer Support Executive To Manage It-Related Customer Queries Using Crm Platforms. The Role Focuses On Handling Support Tickets, Maintaining Customer Interaction Records, Ensuring Timely Issue Resolution, And Delivering A High-Quality Support Experience Through Effective Use Of Crm Tools. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

As a Customer Care Coordinator, your work will include:

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• You will meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Verbal communication, Typing speed, CRM tools and Active listening
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A calm under pressure, patient attitude

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹32,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
