The Brand Saloon has an opening for an Hr Admin Executive based in Dadar West, Mumbai. Salary is up to ₹20,000/month.

The Role Involves Sourcing And Screening Candidates, Conducting Initial Hr Calls, Scheduling Interviews, Maintaining Recruitment Trackers, And Supporting The Onboarding Process. Help Maintain Employee Records, Hr Documentation, Attendance Reports, And Admin Work.

Salary

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Day-to-day work

Your main tasks will be to:

• You will ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws.
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• You'll source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles.

Requirements

• Open to freshers
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Screening, Labour law basics and Recruitment
• Female Only
• Good English
• Freshers can apply
