The Role Focuses On Generating Leads, Building Relationships With Channel Partners And Customers, Driving Digital Prospecting, And Providing Excellent Customer Support To Achieve Business Growth. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : Outbound, Sales

Salary

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹23,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Key responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• You will follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Skills: Outbound, Sales
