The Childrens Hospital, Malad West Is Hiring An Experienced Opd & Ipd Coordinator To Oversee Daily Patient Coordination And Supervise Front Office Staff And Tpa Billing Staff. The Role Requires Strong Coordination, Leadership, And Hospital Operations Knowledge To Ensure Smooth Opd And Ipd Functioning. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

What we are looking for

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Skills: CRM tools, Hindi and English, Complaint handling, Active listening
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are polite and patient

Your responsibilities

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• You'll escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
