Responsibilities Handle All Customer/Tenant Complaints Received Via: Emails Society Apps (Sas), And Phone Calls. Coordinate With Vendors For Repairs. Follow Up With Caretakers & Supervisors For Complaint Resolution. Coordinate With The Sales Team & Accounts Team. Maintain Amc Contracts & Warranty Records. Prepare Expense Vouchers, Maintain Keys.

Compensation

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Your main tasks will be to:

• Follow company processes and safety guidelines
• You'll keep simple daily records of your work.
• Maintain a professional attitude with customers and colleagues
• Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time
• Raise issues early and suggest practical fixes
• Coordinate with your supervisor and team members
