Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹16,000 – ₹19,400 per month.

Your responsibilities

• You will escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• You'll meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant

• Interview: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM | Monday to Saturday
• Shift: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM | Monday to Saturday
