We Are Looking For Hr - Compliance, With Minimum 6 Months Of Experience In Payroll, Attendance, Pf, Esic, Uan, Challan And Joining/Existing Documents Process. Also, With Basic Knowledge Of Excel For Maintaining Records. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Roles and responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• You will manage onboarding, documentation and employee records.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws.
• You'll support payroll, attendance and leave management.
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Candidate profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Skills: Recruitment, MS Excel, Screening, Labour law basics
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A people-oriented, good communicator attitude
