The Roa Hotel wants to bring on a Human Resource Executive for its Ghatkopar West, Mumbai team. Salary is up to ₹28,000/month.

Your responsibilities

• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Coordinate performance reviews and training.
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with Payroll, MS Excel, HRMS, Recruitment
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone good communicator and people-oriented

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹18,000 – ₹28,000 per month.
