The Roa Hotel wants to bring on a Human Resources Executive for its Ghatkoper West, Mumbai team. Salary is up to ₹30,000/month.

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

What you will do

Your main tasks will be to:

• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• You'll coordinate performance reviews and training.
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management

Skills and qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with Screening, MS Excel, Recruitment, Labour law basics
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
