Key responsibilities

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls

Who can apply

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Computer, Email, Record Management
