Salary

You will be paid ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month.

What the job involves

As a Salesperson, your work will include:

• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Complaint handling, CRM tools, Hindi and English, Active listening
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are polite and calm under pressure
