They Manage Access Control By Verifying Ids, Issuing Visitor Passes, And Maintaining Entry Records. Guards Monitor Cctv Systems, Alarms, And Surveillance Equipment To Detect Suspicious Activities. They Conduct Regular Patrols To Maintain Security And Prevent Theft Or Unauthorized Access. They Handle Emergencies Such As Fire Alarms, Medical Situations, Or Security Breaches By Following Proper Protocols. Guards Assist In Enforcing Company Policies, Maintaining Discipline, And Providing Guidance To Visitors. They Also Coordinate With Management And Emergency Services While Maintaining Professionalism And Effective Communication At All Times. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Roles and responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Guard the premises and control entry and exit
• Coordinate with the supervisor and local authorities when needed.
• Check visitors, vehicles and materials as per SOP
• Maintain visitor, vehicle and incident registers

Candidate profile

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Tenth Pass
• Good knowledge of Emergency response, Patrolling, Register maintenance and Access control
• Male Only
• No English required
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• An alert, honest attitude

Compensation: ₹23,000 – ₹27,000 per month.
