Topline Business Development Service is looking for an Hr Manager to join its team in Adajan, Surat. There are 3 open positions. Salary is up to ₹38,000/month.

Handle Hr Processes, Including Payroll, Benefits, And Policy Implementation. Resolve Employee Grievances And Foster Positive Workplace Relations. Ensure Documentation And Compliance With Company Standards. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Roles and responsibilities

• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹28,000 – ₹38,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

What we are looking for

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Skills: MS Excel, Recruitment, Screening, HRMS
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A confidential, organised attitude
