Job Work: Visit 5-7 Engineers / Architects / Builders Daily, Identify New Construction Projects + Collect Contacts, Track Project Timeline, Alert Team At Painting Stage Pass Leads To Pps Same Day Follow Up With Engineers Every 7 Days Daily Visit Log To Team Lead Every Evening. 1.5+ Years Field Sales / B2B Experience Comfortable At Engineer Office. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you will do

As a Business Development Executive, your work will include:

• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• You'll build long-term relationships with existing clients.
• You will record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report.

Compensation

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Presentation, Local market knowledge, Target achievement and Lead generation
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A target-driven, self-motivated attitude
