Your responsibilities

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• You'll meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.

Eligibility

• Open to freshers
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Domestic, English, Hindi, Inbound, Kannada, Marketing, Sales and Tamil
• Basic English
