We Are Looking For A Proactive And Detail-Oriented Import Export Coordinator To Manage Client Communication, Shipment Coordination, And Day-To-Day Logistics Operations. The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Handling Inquiries, Following Up With Clients, Coordinating With Cha And Freight Forwarders, And Maintaining Operational Records. Skills Needed : Email, Computer | Basic Excel, > 30 WPM Typing Speed, Quotation Management, MS Power Point, Record Management

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass

Your responsibilities

• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• You will manage files, documents and office correspondence.

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
