Travos Ventures Llp (M/S Travos Ventures Llp) is hiring an Executive Assistant in Andheri West, Mumbai. The pay goes up to ₹30,000/month. 3 candidates will be hired for this role.

Manage Directors Calendar, Meetings, And Appointments Handle Domestic & International Travel Bookings (Flights, Hotels, Itineraries)Assist With Visa Processing And Documentation Coordinate And Communicate On Behalf Of The Director With Clients, Vendors, And Internal Teams Draft Emails, Reports, And Official Communication In Professional English. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

• You'll manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Basic accounting, Record keeping, MS Office and Data entry
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone detail-oriented and well spoken

What you get

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
