Triangle Facilities Services is looking for a Front Office Receptionist to join its team in Vile Parle West, Mumbai. Salary is up to ₹23,000/month. There are 5 open positions.

Roles and responsibilities

As a Front Office Receptionist, your work will include:

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• You'll schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Basic accounting, MS Office, Data entry and Record keeping
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone well spoken and dependable

Salary

You will be paid ₹20,000 – ₹23,000 per month.
