A new Front Desk Receptionist role is open at Triangle Facility Service, Bhandup East, Mumbai. The pay goes up to ₹25,000/month. 10 candidates will be hired for this role.

Salary

The salary for this role is ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Your responsibilities

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• You'll coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Basic accounting, Data entry, Typing, MS Office
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• An organised, detail-oriented attitude
