Greet Clients And Visitors With A Positive Procedures Experience With Administrative And Clerical Procedures Answering Phones In A Professional Manner Candidates Shall Preferably Have Typing Skills For Occasional Typing Requirements Of The Company. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Your responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: Typing, MS Office, Data entry, Email etiquette
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone organised and well spoken
