What you will do

• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹10,500 per month.

• Timings: 8am to 5 pm, 9am to 6 pm, 10am to 7 pm and 11 am to 8 pm
