Key responsibilities

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• You will meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.

• Working hours: 8am to 5 pm, 9am to 6 pm, 10am to 7 pm, and 11 am to 8 pm
