Handle Customer Counter And Reception Activities, Attend Walk-In Customers Professionally, Manage Billing Order Entries, And Customer Records Coordinate With Laundry Operators For Order Status Handle Customer Calls, Whatsapp Inquiries, And Follow-Ups, Explain Services, Pricing, And Delivery Timelines, Manage Garment Receiving And Delivery Process. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What the job involves

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• You'll coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• You will prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

What we are looking for

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Tenth Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of MS Office, Email etiquette, Typing and Basic accounting
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone well spoken and organised
