Twiite Business is looking for an Email Support Executive to join its team in Thane, Mumbai. Salary is up to ₹25,000/month. 5 candidates will be hired for this role.

Manage Customer Interactions Via Chat Or Email, Resolving Queries Effectively. Provide Accurate Information, Troubleshoot Issues, And Ensure Customer Satisfaction. Document All Interactions And Escalate Unresolved Issues To The Appropriate Teams. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Typing speed, Hindi and English, CRM tools, Active listening
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• You will resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• You'll log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• You will follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
