Key responsibilities

In this internship, you will:

• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records.
• You'll coordinate performance reviews and training.

Candidate profile

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Labour law basics, Payroll, Recruitment and MS Excel
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply

Compensation

The salary for this internship is ₹5,000 – ₹7,000 per month.
