You Will Consult Prospective Borrowers, Explain Interest Rates And Fees, Handle Pricing Objections, And Collect Financial Documents To Meet Monthly Sales Targets. Roles and responsibilities

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• You will meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.

Compensation

You will be paid ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
