Advise Management On Hr Policies, Employee Relations, And Workforce Planning. Develop Strategies To Improve Employee Engagement And Productivity. Monitor Industry Trends And Ensure Compliance With Labor Laws. Need Experience In Logistic Company. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you get

You will be paid ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Day-to-day work

• You'll handle employee queries and engagement activities.
• You will support payroll, attendance and leave management.
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles

What we are looking for

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of HRMS, Labour law basics, MS Excel and Screening
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A confidential, people-oriented attitude
