Unique Manpower Consultancy is hiring an Hr Payroll Executive in Turbhe, Mumbai. You can earn up to ₹40,000/month. 30 candidates will be hired for this role.

Job Description Hr Executive Experience: 25 Yearsteam Size: 100 Employeeskey Responsibilities Manage End-To-End Monthly Payroll Processing Through Zimyo Hrms, Including Attendance, Leaves, Reimbursements, Deductions, And Salary Disbursement Coordination. Maintain Employee Records, Hr Documentation, And Hrms Data. Handle Onboarding, Confirmations, Employee Lifecycle Processes And Exit Formalities. Drive Employee Engagement Activities, Celebrations, Rewards & Recognition And Internal Communications. Support Hr Operations, Policy Implementation And Statutory Compliance Requirements. Manage Day-To-Day Office Administration, Vendor Coordination, Office Supplies And Employee Support Activities. Prepare Hr Reports, Mis And Payroll-Related Analytics.Requirements Graduate. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Skills: Labour law basics, Payroll, Screening, HRMS
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone people-oriented and organised

Your responsibilities

• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• You will source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles.
• You'll coordinate performance reviews and training.

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month.
