Customer Care Associate

Upmint Finserv Pvt Ltd is hiring a Customer Care Associate in Banaswadi, Bengaluru. There are 30 open positions. Salary is up to ₹20,000/month.

Your responsibilities

• You will identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• You will escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.

• Education: Tenth Pass
• Good knowledge of Complaint handling, Active listening, Verbal communication and Hindi and English

Salary
