Identify And Approach Potential Customers In Assigned Areas. Promote And Explain Financial Products (Personal Loans, Home Loans, Others) Generate Leads Through Field Visits, Referrals, And Networking Assist Customers With Documentation And Application Processes. Meet Or Exceed Monthly Sales Targets. Maintain A Database Of Leads.

Eligibility

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• Education: Tenth Pass
• Skills: Presentation, Local market knowledge, Negotiation, Customer handling
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• Someone persuasive and self-motivated

Day-to-day work

• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• You will follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
