Maintenance Manager Hospital Engineeringwe Are Seeking An Experienced Maintenance Manager To Oversee The Complete Engineering & Facility Management Operations Of A Multi-Specialty Hospital. The Role Includes Managing Electrical, Hvac, Plumbing, Mgps, Fire Fighting, Stp/Wtp, Dg Sets, Ups, Bms, Lifts, And All Building Utilities. The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Preventive And Breakdown Maintenance, Amc/Vendor Coordination, Team Supervision, Inventory Management, Technical Documentation, Statutory And Nabh Compliance, And Ensuring Uninterrupted Hospital Operations. Candidates Should Have A Diploma/Degree In Engineering With 1015 Years Of Relevant Experience, Preferably In Nabh-Accredited Hospitals, Along With Strong Leadership, Problem-Solving, Planning, And Communication Skills. Skills Needed : Email, Computer | MS Power Point, Record Management

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
