The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Handling Outbound And Inbound Calls, Generating Leads, Explaining Financial Products, And Assisting Customers In Loan-Related Queries. Key responsibilities

• You will resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant

Salary

Compensation: ₹10,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
