Position Summary:As A Member Of The Accounts Receivable Team At Usha Fire Safety, Your Role Is To Manage Thecompany'S Incoming Payments And Outstanding Invoices. You Will Play A Vital Part In Ensuringthe Organization'S Financial Stability By Accurately Tracking And Collecting Payments Fromcustomerskey Responsibilities:1. Monitor And Track Cus.

What the job involves

• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• You will log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status

Requirements

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Hindi and English, Verbal communication, Typing speed and Active listening

Pay and perks
