Day-to-day work

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.

Requirements

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Active listening, Typing speed, Hindi and English and Verbal communication
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• Someone customer-first and polite

Salary

Compensation: ₹15,500 – ₹25,500 per month.
