Handles Hr Tasks Like Recruitment, Attendance, Hr Files, And Payroll Reports. Manages Batch Scheduling, Emails, Creating Student Groups, Trainer Coordination, Admin Work, And Front Desk. Provides Counselling, Resolves Batch And Class Queries, Ensures Documentation, Follow-Ups, And Daily Tasks. Prepare Hr Letters & Documents. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of HRMS, Payroll, Labour law basics and Recruitment
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Your responsibilities

• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• You will manage onboarding, documentation and employee records.
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles

What you get

You will be paid ₹17,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
