• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts

• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of English, Hindi, Marathi, Marketing and Sales
