Varad Multispeciality Hospital has an opening for a Front Desk Receptionist based in Boisar West, Mumbai. 4 candidates will be hired for this role. The pay goes up to ₹20,000/month.

Responsible For Communicating With Patient , Receiving Calls, Attending Visitors, Maintaining Clients Records. Must Have Hospital Experience. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

Your responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• You will manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• You'll coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel

Who can apply

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Skills: Record keeping, Basic accounting, Email etiquette, Typing
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are organised and detail-oriented
