Billing Executive

Venkata Muthyalu Chowdula (M/S Gramee Naturals) has an opening for a Billing Executive based in Serilingampally, Hyderabad. 2 candidates will be hired for this role. The pay goes up to ₹15,000/month.

Handle Customer Billing, Process Payments, And Manage Cash Registers. Maintain Accurate Records Of Transactions And Resolve Billing Discrepancies. Provide Excellent Customer Service During Payment Interactions. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you will do

• Reconcile bank statements, vendor and customer accounts.
• Support month-end closing and financial reporting
• Coordinate with auditors and maintain proper documentation
• You will track receivables and payables and follow up on dues.
• Prepare and file GST, TDS and other statutory returns

Compensation

Compensation: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month.

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, Tally, Bank reconciliation
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
