Contact Individuals Or Businesses To Recover Overdue Payments And Resolve Disputes. Negotiate Repayment Terms That Align With Organizational Policies. Maintain Records Of Collections And Prepare Reports For Management. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Languages : Bengali, Hindi

Roles and responsibilities

• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• You'll comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms.
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹8,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Tenth Pass
• Good knowledge of Bengali and Hindi
• Male Only
• No English required
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: Bengali, Hindi
• Someone detail-oriented and persuasive
