Vibrant Group Services Private Limitade has an opening for a Hotel Receptionist based in Thane, Mumbai. 2 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹25,000/month.

Day-to-day work

As a Hotel Receptionist, your work will include:

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks

Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Basic accounting, Data entry, MS Office, Typing
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A dependable, detail-oriented attitude
