Vihang Inn is hiring a Front Office Manager in Thane West, Mumbai. The pay goes up to ₹22,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

Roles and responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• You will manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• You will prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.

What you get

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

What we are looking for

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Basic accounting, Data entry, Email etiquette and Record keeping
• Male Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are organised and detail-oriented
