Vijay Group of Industries has an opening for an Office Assistant based in Ambernath East, Mumbai. 2 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹13,000/month.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• You'll coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel

Candidate profile

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Tenth Pass
• Good knowledge of Basic Excel, Email and Tally
• Male Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Skills Needed: Tally, Email
• Basic Excel
• You are detail-oriented and dependable

What you get

You will be paid ₹12,000 – ₹13,000 per month.
