Vijayarajan Builders & Developers has an opening for a Receptionist Cum Office Assistant based in Seawoods-Darave, Mumbai. You can earn up to ₹20,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

Eligibility

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Skills: Email etiquette, Data entry, MS Office, Basic accounting
• Female Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone detail-oriented and organised

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

• You will handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• You will prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• You'll coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
