• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy

Candidate profile

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Bengali, English, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Tamil and Telugu
• Basic English
