We Are Looking For A Dynamic Sales Executive To Identify Potential Customers, Generate Leads, And Close Sales. The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Building Client Relationships, Achieving Sales Targets, Conducting Product Presentations, And Maintaining Customer Records. Day-to-day work

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status

Requirements

• Open to freshers
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Bengali, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Outbound
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply

Salary and benefits
