Virtue Salon And Spa () wants to bring on a Billing Clerk for its Anna Nagar East, Chennai team. You can earn up to ₹20,000/month. 3 candidates will be hired for this role.

Employer’s description

Handle Customer Billing, Process Payments, And Manage Cash Registers. Maintain Accurate Records Of Transactions And Resolve Billing Discrepancies. Provide Excellent Customer Service During Payment Interactions. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Tenth Pass
• Comfortable with Accounts payable, MS Excel, Tally, TDS
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A numerate, organised attitude

Roles and responsibilities

• You will coordinate with auditors and maintain proper documentation.
• Prepare and file GST, TDS and other statutory returns
• Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and ledgers
• Track receivables and payables and follow up on dues
• Support month-end closing and financial reporting
• You'll reconcile bank statements, vendor and customer accounts.

What you get

Compensation: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
